个人简介
吕荣冠,男,博士,副教授,常州大学兼职硕导。现任盐城师范学院教务处副处长。2005年获扬州大学硕士学位,2013年获上海交通大学工学博士学位,2001年进入盐城师范学院化学与环境工程学院从事教学科研工作。主要参与完成863计划项目一项、国家自然科学基金项目二项。
